USA Today: Obama Administration Proposes Rules for Foreign High-Skilled Workers

As reported by USA Today, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the publication of two proposed rulesĀ  for foreign high-skilled workers, including a rule that would allow employment authorization for spouses of certain H-1B workers and a rule designed to remove obstacles for visa holders from Chile, Singapore, Australia and the Northern Mariana Islands.
