Washington Post: Obama to Ask for Law Change to Remove Unaccompanied Children

The Washington Post reports that the Obama Administration will seek to modify existing statutes to make it easier to return unaccompanied children to their home countries, and ask for more than $2 billion in emergency funding to help reduce the influx of Central American women and children entering the southern U.S. border.
