DOL Alerts on LCA Courtesy E-mails and New iCERT Password Requirements

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) issued an alert on its iCERT system that, due to technical difficulties, Labor Condition Application (LCA) courtesy emails are not being sent. The Office of Foreign Labor Certification is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. DOL posted a second alert that new password requirements were implemented on July 18, 2014, and within the next 90 days, all iCERT users will be required to create new passwords according to the new regulations.
