AP: Senate Confirms Obama Immigration Nominee

The Associated Press (AP) reports that the Senate has confirmed President Obama’s pick to head the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) is Sarah Saldana, now the U.S. attorney in Dallas. Saldana will lead the $6 billion federal agency that enforces federal border control, trade and immigration laws.
