Politico: Immigration Delays Likely as DOJ Weighs Legal Options

Politico reports that, days after a federal judge blocked expansion of President Obama’s immigration orders, administration lawyers are still debating how to challenge the injunction, even as immigrant rights advocates press the White House for decisive action. If either the federal government or the 26 states suing to block the orders disagree with the recent ruling, a Supreme Court bid could drag out the legal process further.
