NYT: Google Exec Says Immigration Changes Would Help Economy

The New York Times (NYT) reports that the executive chairman of Google urged Congress to increase the number of high-skilled work visas made available to foreigners. Eric Schmidt spoke Wednesday at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), saying he believes the U.S. is better off having more immigration, not less, particularly for immigrants with specialized technical skills.
