Immigration and Nationality Law

Jennifer graduated from Skidmore College in 1999 with a Bachelor of Art degree in Spanish, Music and International Affairs.  She also holds a Masters degree in Latin America Studies from New York University. Jennifer is also fluent in Spanish.   Jennifer studied in Madrid, Spain and has traveled extensively in Europe and South America.   Since 2003, Jennifer has been involved in the field of immigration law, working closely with clients on various employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B visa petitions, PERM Labor Certification and permanent residence. She joined the Law Offices of Dayna Kelly, P.C. in May 2010.
